- Enquiries and quote requests: your name, email, phone number and the details you send us.
- Orders: your name, contact details, delivery address and the text you ask us to print on your sash.
- Payments: handled by our payment providers (Stripe, WooPayments and ExpressPay). We never see or store your full card details.
- WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
- Website usage: we use Google Analytics and Jetpack statistics to understand how the site is used. These tools use cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, prepare quotes, make and deliver your order, take payment, keep business records and improve the website. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we need to run the business: our website host, payment providers, delivery partners and the analytics tools listed above.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to help you. Order and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
Your rights
