Delivery & returns
Our graduation sashes are made to order, so this page explains how delivery, changes and returns work. If anything is unclear, message us before you order.
Made to order
Each sash is handwoven Ghanaian cloth, printed with the details you give us at checkout. We print them exactly as entered, so please check spellings, names and dates carefully before you place your order.
Delivery and collection
- We confirm the production time, delivery cost and delivery date when we confirm your order.
- Collection in Accra is available by arrangement.
- Delivery outside Ghana, including the UK, is available on request. Ask us for a quote.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you need to change or cancel your order. Once printing has started we cannot change or cancel it.
Returns and refunds
Because personalised sashes are made for you, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind. If your sash arrives faulty or damaged, or it does not match the details you gave us, contact us within 7 days of receiving it with a photo. We will remake it or refund you.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. How long they take to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Deposits, payment dates and cancellation terms for event banqueting, office, travel and study abroad services are set out in your quote.
